The Catastrophe in Subtropical Eden (2021)
The diary belongs to a 9-year-old refugee child from The Abkhazian War (1992-1993). Selected for publication were “cosmic horror” stories written right after the war, in between 1993-1995. Consequences of Catastrophe in Subtropical Eden are the mix of subtropical dreams, ptsd, melancholy, rage, love and separation.
The book was produced as a part of the Subtropical Cultures residence program.
